Sarah was amazing in providing us with all the options to cater for all individual needs and turning around the order promptly so everything arrived in time for Christmas. This is going to be a very welcome Christmas gift. The content were as described, and it was beautifully packed. I think the hamper box cleverly designed.

Excellent choice of hampers and keenly priced. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. All in all, fantastic product and service. Highly recommended.

Ordered a hamper for my Sister and Brother in Law who have recently moved. Had a few problems delivering which was no fault of Gift Hampers. They kept me fully updated and persevered. Hamper was delivered and and told it was very good quality with a nice mix of items. Cannot thank them enough. A lot of companies would of given up but they didn't.

An excellent company with which to shop, I will quite happily use them again without any worries at all. This is an additional review from the one posted above. The customer service given by this company is second to none. Communication is excellent with very prompt responses. I asked if it would be possible for an amendment to one of my orders and this was attended to without any questioning. In addition, I had a minor query about the other order as an item was missing. There was no hesitation in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently. Both gifts which I had ordered were very well received. It is so reassuring to deal with Jonathan and the rest of the staff. They all deserve every success.

Cannot recommend enough. I had some payment difficulties and they went above and beyond to help me. Apart from that their presentation is so elegant and the hamper was stunning. My husband says its one of his top gifts ever! Will definitely be ordering again.
